Originally from Los Angeles, California, Yotam spent his formative years in Queens, NY, where he cultivated a passion for real estate. His journey in the industry began through his involvement as a silent investor with a friend who was an investor in distressed properties. This experience sparked a love for real estate, leading Yotam to obtain his license and work alongside developers, buyers, and sellers on new construction single-family and multi-family homes.

What excites Yotam the most about real estate is the opportunity to meet new people and assist them in transitioning into new phases of their lives. He finds immense satisfaction in the challenges that come with each transaction, using his keen attention to detail and ability to listen to his clients’ needs to deliver timely and effective solutions.
