Valentina Gutierrez

With over 10 years at top luxury real estate brokerages, Valentina deftly handles Miami operations for Oren Alexander’s team. Her passion, drive, and purpose coalesce to ensure that the firm’s clientele experience the highest levels of satisfaction, and helping others gives her an incomparable sense of reward. Originally born in Chile, Valentina spent her childhood in a range of Miami neighborhoods, including Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, and Miami Beach, which instilled in her a natural predilection for real estate. A part-time position at a local firm while obtaining a degree at Florida International University inspired her to earn her license and commit to the trade full time. She has since mastered every element of the business, ranging from property management to sales, including overseeing over 300 agents at her previous brokerage. She has impressive knowledge of the business and the luxury markets surrounding all major areas of Miami.
